chop into blocks, dredge with cornstarch and chili powder
fry until crispy
fry spring onions, garlic, ginger, onions, other veg (baby corn, brocolli, chilies) sesame oil
add five spice 2 tsps
soy sauce, cap full mirin, pepper, chili flakes, coriander, oyster sauce
add tofu back in and stir to combine
serve with rice.
